Some days, the little things are enough.



 

It wasn't fancy, but it was delicious.

  1. I like the way you roll Cort. However, I would have added some sliced buffalo mozzarella with evo and basalmic vinegar on the tomatoes. Nice choice on the sunset wheat. Have you tried the Dogfish 120 IPA or Holy Mackeral. Good stuff.

  2. @Stolidogue - I have not tried the other beers, but I definitely will have to look them up.

    I am a complete tomato nerd. When I was growing up my Grandma would slice them and serve them with nearly every meal.
